We have used RA Dobson for many years and have enjoyed working with their crew. Sim came by for our semi annual check up and always does an amazing, thorough job!
A technician by the name of Travis visited our home yesterday for an HVAC system maintenance. Travis was extremely professional, courteous, thorough, easy to understand, and has a good sense of humor. He examined three HVAC systems, a humidifier and our hot water heater. We have been customers of RA Dobson for over 20 years and have had very good to excellent service during that period of time, including the installation of 2 furnaces and an air conditioner unit. Recently, their technician Travis Rybicki inspected our gas furnace and found that its heat exchangers were corroded and posed a potential carbon monoxide hazard.
