Excellent service and quick response! They came out 2 hours after I called on Monday morning as my sink was clogged. The lady who answered the phone, Kelsey was extremely pleasant and helpful. Evan, the technician was great. He resolved my issue right away. I did have a question about the bill and the manager George was extremely helpful and responsive. I will definitely use this company again!
Travis from RA Dobson Just finished the diagnosis and Repair of our York air Conditioner. He was extremely positive, friendly, and professional. He completed the repairs timely, and explained every step of the process, and showed he cared. We have used RA Dobson for well over 20 years and don’t plan to use any other HVAC provider. We are very pleased with the quality and timeliness of their services.
We're very satisfied with RA Dobson and would highly recommend them. Our AC stopped working and they sent a tech the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue. The part needed was in Frederick, MD and they sent someone to pick it up rather than having to wait a week for it to be shipped. We were back up and running within a day of calling.
