Horrible staff and service. They will cancel your appointments just days before and will not schedule you for over a month away even though you scheduled this appointment months ago. I do not recommend this location at all.

If you don't have insurance, find a different walk in clinic. The exam fee alone is more than an exam and xrays at any other clinic! The front desk doesn't seem to care about anything other than getting their money.

Nikki (office manager) is not aware how to do her job and bill properly. I went their recently and my insurance company paid the office in full and she sent me a bill. She explained that she had not received the money so I called the insurance company because my EOB says otherwise. They showed that the check was cashed and called her. Her reply was "Oh, I did cash it, I was waiting to apply it to their account". This is 5 minutes after she told us she didn't get the check. I've been going to QwikCare for as long as they have been open and have had NOTHING but QWIK service from board certified doctors. They do what they say they are going to do. NEVER had a problem with my as long as I paid it when services were rendered. Maybe Questionable Billing Practice should of paid the bill in 2011 so they don't have to rebill so many times. I recently got a statement in the mail for a service in 2011. 2011!! so I called and of course, hard to get ahold of the biller so I emailed and left message. SHe responded to my email only once. I was clarifying why I am to pay the almost 700$ bill that was supposed to have been claimed from my health insurance. Biller emailed back saying I have to pay it because of the time limit to submit. Qwik Care MD in Powers, Colorado Springs is worst Medical clinic that I have ever been to. First off, after talking to an assistant that told me she was a "extern" student volunteering her time that there were no doctors that actually worked in the clinic. They only have physician assistants or nurses seeing all of the patient's. A female provider that I saw introduced herself as "Dr." and very rude, with the worst bedside manner that I have ever been exposed to.
