when I pulled up the gentleman came out to ask what he can help me with, which was awesome. once he directed me into the bay, he let me stay in the car while they changed my oil refilled my wiper fluid and put air pressure in my tires. gorgeous I got the Senior citizens discount and they even helped me turn off a tire maintenance light that no one else could figure out how to get rid of in the past!! I would recommend gentleman and Alaska Qwik Lube to anyone! I will definitely be a long-term customer!
Blinker needed a new bulb. Not only did he change it quickly and so kind, but we had bought the wrong bulbs. He just swapped with what he had. Now, if only you could get customer service like this every where. One can dream... Thanks Qwik Lube!
I have used Qwik Lube for the last couple of years. Every experience has been amazing. Today was exceptional. They got me in super fast. They explained their findings and were able to complete additional work as well on the spot. I really appreciate the high level of customer service these guys provide!
