Very unhappy with how I was treated at this business. I called and got a price quote on what it would cost to get my bike in tip top running condition and get my bike up to the shop today only to be told very rudely by the guy running the shop that they would not work on my bike because it was too old. I do not appreciate being treated with such rudeness and hostility. They have lost what could have been a great customer for life!
Business response:
The reason that we can't work on your bike is part availability. The older a Japanese motorcycle is the more impossible they are to find. We have taken in many bike of that age have not been able to repair them for that reason alone. Most shop in the area won't work on them for that reason.
Cost $700.00 to repair rear brakes on my Harley, RIP OFF !
Had tires put on over the weekend. Great price, great service, friendly employees and hot coffee. I will be back.
