He fixed what was broken. But didn't secure the stuff he removed from the car to fix it. A got the car back and shortly after, sound insulation in the wheel wells, and a big plastic piece which was part of the heat/AC fell out of the car while driving. After weeks of patient reminding he made it clear he had no interest in finishing the job.
