We have always had a good experience with Dr. Hamilton. However, we now need records, and we are unable to contact her.
I’ve gone to Dr. Hamilton for years. She takes her time.
Rushed appointment, brisk to the point of being rude, seemed irritated by questions. Wish I had read the reviews before making an appointment. I would not recommend.

Dr. Hamilton is a very thorough eye doctor who cares about your eye health and takes the time to explain why certain things she does are important for your eye health. I felt like I was in very competent hands and I am very pleased with my experience. She goes above and beyond for her patients to ensure that you are happy with your prescription. She is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her for my eye exams!
First time to see Dr. Hamilton. Most thorough eye exam I have had in three or four years. Excellent communication and explanations for vision issues I am experiencing. I will go back for my next visit.
Dr Hamilton has gone above and beyond to take care of my family. I now have several friends I've referred to her that are happy with the care they receive there
Exams are rushed and uncomfortable throughout the lens choice and result in wrong prescriptions. Dr. charges for EVERYTHING from fitting to returning if your prescription is wrong without informing you or discussing up front. To make my story short, after filling my glasses prescription and having lenses made twice because they insisted they could NEVER be wrong, they refuse to change my wrong prescription without a charge. Now I have worthless glasses and no insurance and still can't see.

Unfortunately, this patient spoke to a new employee who reminded the patient of any additional fees, of which the patient signed for at her initial exam. We encourage patients to read all the paperwork to see what is and is not covered by their insurance. It was her failure to do so. However, because we value all of our patients, we were willing to waive the fees and attempted to contact her on numerous occasions and even her insurance company. The patient never returned any of our phone calls.
