Was not 100% satisfied with care Pros- Was diagnosed with a autoimmune condition and prescribed meds Cons- Walked out on me while I asked a couple questions on what to do/ what exactly that means It could have been a bad day for the Dr. , or a busy day, so I don’t want to put a 1 star review and lead someone to believe this is a entirely bad practice, however, I have found another rheumatologist and hope to have more consideration from them while asking important questions.
Been looking for a new rheumatologist since mine moved. I highly recommend Dr. Quresh. Her & the staff are so nice!!! She actually listened to my concerns, & we got the ball rolling again for my care!!
My father went to this doctor Qures, on the 24th of February, when the doctor came in to talk to him, he repeated several times he spoke Spanish, she made a really loud sigh in front of my father, said everything in English and told him,he had Lupus, she didn’t even made the attempt to call anybody to explain the instructions of the medicine, or how long or what else, didn’t even bother to call me to tell me what was wrong, DO NOT RECOMMEND I had to put a star, to leave a comment.
There was a problem with my medication but they worked very hard to get it taken care of. I appreciate them so much for helping me and my medication is coming soon. Kudos to Frank !
