My mom has been going for a few years and at first I did not believe the doctor was very cold, until I went with her. Took less than 10minutes to talk to her. She probably stayed because I was there.
DO NOT GO HERE. As someone who works in healthcare and experiencing autoimmune disorders this experience was awful, staff has no idea how to even schedule appointments or IF needing a scheduled appointment to go over labs. Dr. Q would not call back to review results. Labs clearly presented positive for diagnosis and was told she could no longer be of care. Zero accountability.
Was not 100% satisfied with care Pros- Was diagnosed with a autoimmune condition and prescribed meds Cons- Walked out on me while I asked a couple questions on what to do/ what exactly that means It could have been a bad day for the Dr. , or a busy day, so I don’t want to put a 1 star review and lead someone to believe this is a entirely bad practice, however, I have found another rheumatologist and hope to have more consideration from them while asking important questions.
Been looking for a new rheumatologist since mine moved. I highly recommend Dr. Quresh. Her & the staff are so nice!!! She actually listened to my concerns, & we got the ball rolling again for my care!!
