My visit was great they got me in and out they know what they are doing and they care and that’s key for me love this dentist and the hygienist are the boom.
This office is notorious for over-booking their staff. This has led to long wait times, and rushed appointments on multiple occasions. Very seldom do you feel that the Dr. is being genuine. Much of her discussions will feel as though it's "her way or the high way" and that she knows only the best. She REPEATEDLY has disregarded second opinions and has spoken very poorly about other's in the industry both in periodontics and orthodontics. Long wait periods - One hour wait is often. High cost estimates compared to other much better specialists.
I was extremely disappointed with my service today I arrived at my appt time I didn't arrive the 15 mins before my appt bc I had a hard time finding the office since I did not make it the 15 mins prior to fill out new patient paperwork they told me I could not get my cleaning done which was the whole reason why I needed to go to the dentist so all I could get done was x rays and an exam and told me I need an excessive amounts of work done and wld have to come back wish I could type more
