It’s UNBELIEVABLE!!! I received a socket from a “Trusted person from this company that definitely isn’t work of a professional/tech. The socket build is not right and unfortunately unacceptable. The Tech is not worth using when the job is paying over $10,000.00 and the job is horrible. Now im stuck with a socket that is very uncomfortable, self conscious, and not grateful.
Quorum has been phenomenal with me. I started working with Amy to get my prosthesis fixed and nearly perfect to my fitting. I started out with Hanger Clinics before and she was the one who was willing to go the extra mile to make me happy and comfortable in my prosthetic. I cannot stop vouching for Quorum simply because they will do anything and everything in their power to fix your prosthetic and will not stop until it’s perfect!
Quorum has been a great company to with with on my prosthesis. I have been with them for through at least four arms. Even when there is a issue with the arm not working correctly they are there for me until it is resolved. Like I tell people why I'm staying with a company that is more a 11 hour drive for me I say it's pretty simple, when you find somebody who gives you a great fit you stay with them knowing that it will be done right!
