Didn't get what we ordered. 1 sandwich was put through the toaster twice as they forgot an ingredient so it was burnt and dry
Employee was rude and impatient. She got the order wrong and refused to fix it. Sandwich was ok.
My first bite of the sandwich and it was sour. The manager refunded the sandwich but after I told them I couldn't eat the rest of the food, they refused to refund me? How can I trust that anything else is fresh.? The sour taste is still lingering in my mouth. Any other restaurant would have apologized and refunded without hesitation. There was so much back and forth before they agreed to refund the sandwich.
