My first bite of the sandwich and it was sour. The manager refunded the sandwich but after I told them I couldn't eat the rest of the food, they refused to refund me? How can I trust that anything else is fresh.? The sour taste is still lingering in my mouth. Any other restaurant would have apologized and refunded without hesitation. There was so much back and forth before they agreed to refund the sandwich.
Food is delicious, and the bathroom is always clean!
Great staff with great customer service
$16 for a sub and then asking for a tip is insane
