The company I work for has ordered regularly from this location for about a month or so, totalling $500, and had no previous issues but today they forgot part of the order. That’s fine, this happens sometimes. Upon returning to get the missing items, staff were told nothing was missing. So I phoned to discuss and get a refund at least, and the man who I assume is the manager, immediately tried to hang up on me and continued to interrupt me. Honestly, over the last few years the quality of service has significantly declined. More and more something is broken in the store and taking 20 minutes for a sub from order is absurd. I’d suggest talking to staff about focusing on the customer rather then having lengthy chats within the store with each other.
My favourite 'fast food' restaurant, visit every time I'm in the area. Pleasant staff, customizable menu, loaded with protein and the peppercorn sauce is delicious. I enjoy the fountain pop options they have as well and its one of the few places you can still get the red bag of sun chips!
