Good Food We've eaten in the house which your seated in your own room, the prices are average for this type of atmosphere, its kinda fun, there's a under ground tunnel that runs from the house to the other eating area which is more like a saloon atmosphere, the house is more formal and the barn is a very relaxing feeling, the food is great, would recommend

Completely Unimpressive in Every Possible Way Shockingly mediocre regardless of the price (which was way to expensive for the quality of food and service)We had two of their signature dishes and they were honestly on par with old country buffet. Service was polite but completely inept. Atmosphere was a combination of granny's attic and that house in the shining. It was so bad that my wife and I couldn't help laughing the whole time knowing that we were paying $100 for the worst meal of our lives.... seriously, I mean it. If ... read more

Formal or casual - both are great We've eaten several times in the main house which is much for formal. The meals have been excellent, service good and prices are comparable with those of the area for this quality. I particularly like stopping at the stable building for a sandwich after shopping in Madison. Here again, everything is top of the line but on a much more casual basis.

Wisconin at its' finest. My husband and I were married here in 1999...it was lovely both indoors and out. The Stone House is formal, while the Stable Tap is more laid back. Great regional beer selection. Don't miss the Chocolate Steamed Pudding!

The food is local, distinct, and so yummy. I haven't had a bad meal yet and when I think about eating out, I think about going back to quivy's grove.
