I called Kathy for help with our teacup yorkie who was 13 1/2 as Kathy was listed as a mobile vet & it was a Sunday. I explained everything that was going on & Kathy never offered to come look nor gave advice to help our dog instead she gave me a wrong diagnosis over the phone & said she had an “icky feeling” & hung up on me.
