They sent a defective part, which is understandable as that can happen even with parts straight from the factory. I returned my item and have not received a refund or a replacement part. It has been a week since I last emailed them with no response. I sent another email this afternoon that also went ignored. I have never before dealt with a company (big or small) that ignores it's customers.. I have seen many other reviews stating people have not recieved refunds either. Ordered a power steering pump, took 8 days for a response. You can’t call anyone at any of there locations. USELESS customer service. Finally got the the pump and it’s F***ing damaged...due to bad packing. I should have did my homework on the company.... Stay the F**k a way
I wish I read the reviews before I put an order in with these thieves. No answer by phone, no answer by email and no product delivered. Stay away from this website
These are scam ripoff artists of the worst kind. Take your money cancel the order and then no refund. Stay away from them if you want to keep your money.
Just a word to the wise, don't order parts through QuirkParts. They're on Ebay and located in Manchester New Hampshire. Bought parts for my Ram, never got them, and now they won't give me a refund. They sell OEM parts. They refuse to open a claim to FedEx to why I never received my package. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SLIME BALLS!
I ordered 3 items, 2 sun visors and 1 mirror cover for my driverside mirror. Simple, right? Nope. 1 item arrived 8 days after I placed the order on line. 1 item was the wrong color, and the last item never arrived. I sent emails only to be told, oh sorry about not sending the 2nd sunvisor, if you still want it, will ship it in 3 to 5 day. Nope, refund please. If I could give zero stars I would, I've tried to contact several times with no response, and the still wont ship my parts or refund my money. BUYER BEWARE SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!
