Very modern and not homey at all , upstairs roof top bar was not upscale at all all very young age and very noisey music very loud. Resturant food was not good at all steak was supposed to be medium rare and it was raw and no flavor. Duck also had not flavor. Was very disappointed hotel and restaurant. Best part was bathrooms in room beautiful

Beautiful hotel! Great choice for downtown Richmond, VA hotel, close to everything. Wonderful and helpful staff. Unique decor in guest rooms. Great rooftop bar. Beautiful rooftop views-especially at sunset!
I really love this place BUT there is no internet in the rooms. DEFINITELY not for a business traveler ��
We are not hotel guests but our experience at the restaurant Maple and Pine started off rocky as we waited 55 minutes for a coctail after being seated for dinner. The manager was very responsive and accommodating! Our second waitress was very pleasant and provided excellent service. The food was good and I loved the atmosphere of the hotel lobby and restaurant and bar!
