Quirk maintenance group did nothing to the truck I bought here. They had it for a week to prep. Low air sensor was on because I found out on my way home with a flat tire, battery died the next day. What a awful car buying experience. Oh and when ask if they could do something the sales person and management just ignores you. Thanks Quirk- look at vehicle I buy here. Will never recommend you

BRUTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE Had a real simple appointment scheduled for 11AM. Have 2 new keys with a key-less entry for my 2007 Jeep Sahara Wrangler. Call a few days prior and verified they could do the simple project. The service dept needed 20 minutes to verify and would call me back. Called back and said yes we can schedule the appointment. Whoever he spoke with said they have the parts to complete the job. Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. I said I was here to have 2 keys made for my Wrangler.
