Surprised this place has so many 5 stars. Stopped in to see a vehicle we were interested in buying, and the salesman could not have been more disinterested. After less than 5 minutes of his attitude we decided to leave. We'll take our money elsewhere.
Usually when you go car shopping you encounter 2 kinds of people - the eager sales guy who over promises options/prices he knows he cant deliver, the kinda guy who will say or do whatever he has to to make his comission. A great car buying experience, we went to Quick from western mass for our '14 Grand Cherokee. We negotiated over the phone and online, then we made the drive to trade in our car and pick up the new one. I wish they were closer to home so we could have the jeep serviced there. A bit of a drive for us but worth the savings, experience and options we wanted.
