Left us hanging on a deal to move up. Did not offer us 120 percent for our trade,which we bought from them and is excellent condition with low miles. They also contacted us that they would give us 120 percent only to waste our time yet again. Not happy at this point.

Make your advertising CLEAR, prices very misleading
Super easy to purchase my new Jeep Wrangler! I had been in to test drive a wrangler, same model at a different dealership so I knew I loved it!! When I was ready to purchase, I did not step foot in the facility until we agreed on a price over the phone and credit application done online. Once I got there I met with Mike Joyce who was very knowledgeable and welcoming! He gave a fantastic overview of the Jeep and really knew his stuff! I stopped in out of the blue this morning, a Friday, the Service Department was busy, and from Bob greeting me then introducing me to Mark Venuto (GSM) then working with James... it was an amazing experience, I have had Lexus' for 25 years, and the service with a smile I received this morning from everyone I came in contact with was an A+ experience and on par with any service I have received in the past.
