I was a new patient had a appointment at 8:30 am had to fast, found office no one there, sign posted closed, drove 25 min, called next day she first said we don't call new patients due to not having there number I said you did take my number, she put me on hold came back and said we did call you. NO you did not, another hateful girl name Maria got on phone and said no we did not call, I was very upset I told her this is not how to treat patients especially new patients she said Thank you and hung up on me.
