Very unprofessional to have your patient wait an hour and 45 minutes just for a 10 minute visit. The receptionist and the office manager weren’t helpful when it came to billing. PLEASE AVOID THIS OFFICE!

He is a wonderful Doctor, the best of the best. Honest, capable and sincere. Not a day goes by that I truly appreciate having him as a friend and Doctor when I need his help. He came to my aid when Dr. Segal in Tyler bungled a surgery. He saw what was happening to me, told me to pack my bag and see Dr. Duncan in Tyler. The next day, Dr. Duncan had me in the hospital and surgery the next morning. It has been a painful recovery, but I feel I would not be here, except for his intervention and coming to my rescue.
