All n' all great stop...recommend reading " Anthony the saint" review,Spot on.....(thanx brother!) Only negative as I've said on other reviews is the etiquette of other drivers...tryn' cut in front of people who been there overnight... come on people? Supposed be professional... safe travels!
Check-in at entrance with security. They will need to see drivers license, verify and cut seal. You will be provided a door or park in back. If parked, they will call or come get you for your dock door number. Once in a door you will receive text with link to RoadSync to pay for your lumper. Then when you are unloaded, they will bring you your signed/ stamped BOL along with lumper receipt.
Checked in at 05:30 for an 08:00 appointment and was unloaded with paperwork in hand by 07:30. Only catch is the line b4 you check in.
Check in was fast, easy and friendly. You can park on the street the night before your appointment. I suggest you follow the instructions in the photo I upload for a smooth process. This will keep everyone on the happy side. Park along the curb, next to the bushes. First truck should be parked up next to entrance to allow others to park behind.
