I’ve had a wonderful experience with the property management team and the overall direct team at Avonlea Pointe. The area manager was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially as things took a little longer to process on the community’s end. I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication throughout the process. I felt well taken care of as a future resident with the standards already being set and would recommend this community to others!

I have been dealing with the same unresolved issue in my apartment for the entire three months I have lived here. Despite being assured multiple times by Mishelle and Kathy that the matter was being addressed, the problem persists every night without any noticeable improvement. My experience with Avonlea Westside was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We applied to Avonlea Westside and were told we would receive an approval or denial within 24 to 48 hours. That never happened. Instead, we spent over a week calling repeatedly, only to receive constant runarounds: excuses about employment verification delays and management being out of office. Hello, I continue to call corporate & I am not receiving a call back at all & it goes straight to voicemail. I need someone to contact me URGENTLY!! I am tired of dealing with shoot outs and roaches and I have only lived here since March 21st.

A misunderstaning occured with a property manager. Kathy, there needs to be more leaders like yourself. I know you're under a lot of pressure, and you must have a million important things in your universe. I felt like I was important the entire time we communicated. Thank you for your competency and negotiation and skills. Quintus made the right choice when they chose you to be their area manager. Good job and take care.
