My experience with Avonlea Westside was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We applied to Avonlea Westside and were told we would receive an approval or denial within 24 to 48 hours. Hello, I continue to call corporate & I am not receiving a call back at all & it goes straight to voicemail. I need someone to contact me URGENTLY!! I am tired of dealing with shoot outs and roaches and I have only lived here since March 21st.
A misunderstaning occured with a property manager. Kathy, there needs to be more leaders like yourself. I know you're under a lot of pressure, and you must have a million important things in your universe. I felt like I was important the entire time we communicated. Thank you for your competency and negotiation and skills. Quintus made the right choice when they chose you to be their area manager. Good job and take care.

We have lived in Avonlea Towne Lake for almost 3 years and have been very happy with the management. I’ve lived in many other complexes where it’s hard to get ahold of the office, maintenance is slow and sloppy, and the staff is unhelpful, so when coming to Avonlea, I thought I may be in for the same type of deal but NO WAY!
