We have been residents here for almost 2 years and we could not be happier, Yadira is amazing and helps us all the time, Darian made us feel super welcome during the leasing process, Juan is very professional and is super quick.
We love it here!!! the staff is super friendly and professional. apartments and grounds are very clean.
Amazing place, great management!! Thank goodness they change the Property Manager, new management is very friendly.
Disgusting and dirty. Lots of dog excrement and trash everywhere. People throw cigarettes all over the ground. I constantly hear people blasting rap music at all hours. The women who work here are useless. One reeks of cigarettes while the other smelled like alcohol. This is not a safe environment for kids. Avoid this place at all costs. You'll be glad you did.
Quinton Point is a place for adults! there is alot of whining and complaining about this place in online reviews, but we didnt see why. My husband and I stayed here, and treated the apartment like it was "Home." When it was time for us to move out we cleaned up very very good, paid a professional carpet cleaning team and dropped off the keys. We just received our deposit. We had a great time there...as far as I am concerned.....like said earlier...No problems here
this place is horrible, they will screw the military over at any chance they get. If you are Military stay away. The people who live here are just as bad as the place itself. Loud music all the time, people reeming thier engines, you can hear everything through the walls and ceilings. Military do not expect to get your deposit back.
