This was a great place to live, the perverted manager guy isnt there anymore. The office staff is so friendly and I think the maintenance guys are great to us. We were sad to leave, but if the military ever brings us back to Riley, well be calling ashton place again!
Ive been in the apartments for going on six months. Ive never had a problem with the apartment. The maintenance guy they have is so nice and will help you as soon as possible, no questions asked. The ladies down at the office are so helpful, understanding, and very nice people. These apartments arent just great, it starts with the ladies in the front office. i was greeted with more than a warm welcome and have never been treated otherwise. theyre on the ball: qanything ive asked or told them has been taken care of immediately no questions asked. to say that theyre friendly would be an understatement. theyre not just there to run a business, theyre there to REALLY take care of the people who stay there. cant say the same for any other place ive been to, EVER. i mean it stands out to oneself, when al... read more
These apts. werent bad for a small family or a couple, but the staff would take a long time to fix a problem. The lock on the front door wasnt very reliable and could easliy be broken into so i did not feel safe there at all. And, in my opinion..the landlord was a little perverted and flirty towards women which isnt very professional. I think the rent was too high for the conditions the apts. were in.
These apartments are great for a starting out family. My husband was in the Army and the access to Ft. Riley was excellent. Also the apartment was very nice and quiet. Had no problems with anything. Would def. go back if we had to!!
