I have had many relaxing experiences with Tina at Quintessential Relaxation. Her home studio is welcoming and peaceful. Tina has provided reflexology, head massage, reiki, and sound healing to me, my husband, and my daughter, as well as some of my family members and friends. I have had reflexology and Indian head massage with Tina and both were relaxing and rejuvenating experiences! It was so much more enjoyable than traditional massage for me and I was able to go into a deep meditative state. Her space is very peaceful and her voice and demeanour so soothing that she has you relaxed and at ease instantly.
