I have started my black owned business journey and found Quintessential Nails. I booked my appointment. Upon arrival I called Krsytal because I wasn't sure on the entrance to the building. I entered in the back not the front of the building which made it hard for her to hear my knocking. Upon entering she greeted me and let me know that the confirmation text has the entry code. I had a great experience getting my nails done here! I was able to relax while getting my nails done! I am really happy with my nails! Krystal’s attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend this place!
Ironically, I found Quintessential Nails from an AI prompt, not Google, but I'm glad I did! I experienced a waterless pedicure for the first time, and I enjoyed it more than a regular pedicure. There's an entire science to it, and I enjoyed learning about it. lol Krystal was wonderful to chat with, and I love the way she did my nails! I got builder gel since another nail salon messed up my natural nails. You can tell that Krystal genuinely loves what she does, and that makes her service top notch.
