This place is a gem! The apartment was perfect when I moved in with beautiful natural light and a breathtaking view. The building has great staff who are always kind and available for questions or a quick hello. It's quiet at night but still in the heart of the city, with cafes and plenty of places to enjoy art or music nearby. The staff made my move-in seamless and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome!
I love it here! Moved in over a month ago now and I have no complaints. After touring and completing all the paperwork, I was able to sign a lease the next day!!! Everything from communication to the actual move-in was super smooth. I did have one maintenance request I put in and it was resolved immediately. Great staff and nice building.
Omggggggg! As not only a new resident to Quintessa but to the city of Seattle I have to say I am overwhelmed by the kindness and welcoming spirit of the management of Quintessa! The apartments are super cute with huge windows and I love the barn doors in the bedroom! But Tatiana and her welcome basket were just an extra special touch! The entire staff here is amazing and so helpful not only when applying but also after you move in and have any questions. The apartment itself is quiet and has AC and a washer/dryer inside the unit. The elevator can get messy over the weekend when the staff isn't here but it does get cleaned as soon as possible
Alejandro and Mike are the best property management team! I don't live here but I am one of the vendors. The building is in such a perfect location. If I were looking for an apartment in downtown Seattle, Quintessa would be the first place I look! I have fought to keep Quintessa as a client because of how the team here has become such a big part of my life! Also shout out to Laura and Lovell for maintaining this building and keeping it such a great place to come to!
