The Management really awesome. Specially the community manager Tatyana & the assistant manager Hanna the are both great personality helps alot &guide me during the leasing. The rooms are well maintained and so clean ..wich I like most and the welcome Amenities they give me ....
I lived here for a year and it was exactly what I needed as someone working and living in the city! The location being directly across from the Pioneer Square light rail station made getting around super easy. And the staff was always very nice and attentive to my needs! Thank you!
This place is a gem! The apartment was perfect when I moved in with beautiful natural light and a breathtaking view. The building has great staff who are always kind and available for questions or a quick hello. It's quiet at night but still in the heart of the city, with cafes and plenty of places to enjoy art or music nearby. The staff made my move-in seamless and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome!
Beautiful views! Allied staff is always so kind. Adan is so fast about work orders and Laura keeps the building sparkling! Tatyana is always so kind and knowledgeable.
I love it here! Moved in over a month ago now and I have no complaints. After touring and completing all the paperwork, I was able to sign a lease the next day!!! Everything from communication to the actual move-in was super smooth. I did have one maintenance request I put in and it was resolved immediately. Great staff and nice building.
