Alejandro and Mike are the best property management team! I don't live here but I am one of the vendors. The building is in such a perfect location. If I were looking for an apartment in downtown Seattle, Quintessa would be the first place I look! I have fought to keep Quintessa as a client because of how the team here has become such a big part of my life! Also shout out to Laura and Lovell for maintaining this building and keeping it such a great place to come to!
I don't feel safe living at the Quintessa apartments because my neighbor has a history of violence and she pepper sprayed me in the face for no reason. If property management did a background check on her I wouldn't have this problem. They don't care about the safety of their tenants.
Lovely staff, great amenities, and affordable! IMO it's the best landscape & cityscape views, for the best deal in the entire city. Contact Rita to book a tour.
The apartments are spacious and well-priced for the area. I appreciate how responsive management is, making sure any requests are handled quickly. The location is fantastic, close to shops and cafes and across from transit so it's easy to get around the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move to the area.
Moved here from another city, so I was very nervous, but staff here made me feel very welcome and have been extremely helpful. At one point even helping me move furniture. All other residents I've met so far have also been very friendly. The location is good, too, because it's walking distance from a lot of cool places.
