We sold our home in Chico with the help and support of Kim Quintal. Through a number of serendipitous occurrences Kim came into our world and has helped us beyond just selling our home. She was available when we had questions and gave advice when we felt lost. Selling a home is stressful, but having a high quality realtor allowed us to keep the focus on our next steps. Kim was an amazing agent who showed us a dozen houses in one day. She was reliable and honest, giving us pros and cons of homes as an expert. We found our home on our first day with her and she was extremely helpful at negotiating with the seller's agent and getting us into our new home quickly; we closed within four weeks of beginning our escrow.
