Very disappointed with the service!! Called to place order and when I went to pick it up the order was completely wrong and had to wait longer to redo it and when we got home it was still wrong and when I called them about it the manager was very rude but said would make new one!! RecommendedWe have always had great experiences with Quinta Carmina. Last week we ordered from GrubHub and our driver didn’t show up with our food. We called the restaurant several times about the status of pickup and they were so helpful. When the food didn’t come we reordered and my husband went to pick it up. They had the food ready so quick and apologized even though it wasn’t their fault. Then tonight we dined in with our baby. It was my first time there. I had the 3 taco dinner (one with ground beef and two with steak) and fried ice cream. So very good!!
eight of us went out for lunch and all of us are il tonight couldn't eat my burrito because it was full of hair very disgusting. Will never recommend this place or return to it
