I wish I read the reviews before working with Gladys Quinones. If she cannot take advantage of you she will abandon you. This really is cruel to do to an already vulnerable population. I found her out of desperation and she only caused me more anxiety. She is unprofessional, communicating over text (either her or her receptionist). This woman will abandon you in the middle of treatment, she is late for calls, treats Husky insured as her lowest priority, abandoned a friend I recommended leaving her without refills, not returning calls, voicemail is full and she is unprofessional I am so disappointed

Unfortunately this office is very sloppy when it comes to information and communication. I personally feel this is a scam,well why?.They ask me for a picture of my id and insurance cards,I message the information and 3 days later they tell me OH! when don't accept your insures, and because I reached out back 3 days later.This is very bad practices and customer service skills for when you are dealing with the Mental Health Community.
