I had these guys do a major siding job (with some other additional work) well over a year ago. The good: They are flexible in scheduling. If you have to wait for another contractor to do something before a job with Quinns, they typically can tell you to just let them know when you're ready, and they can get you scheduled within 2 or 3 weeks. Also, I get the impression they will tackle pretty much any project. The bad: They don't use great labor sometimes. We used Quinn's Construction to replace all the windows in our house. We knew it wasn't going to be a quick job (I suspected wood rot hidden around some of the original windows), so we wanted someone we trusted to do it right. The crew did a great job meticulously and tirelessly doing the work, and Scott was great to work with (good communication, direct, answered the many questions I had to decide on what we wanted to do).

This was my second time hiring Quinn’s Construction and couldn’t be happier with the results. Two years ago I hired them to remove my old wood siding and replace it with James Hardie siding. It came out beautifully which led me to hire them to replace the windows. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. September 2024 I would like to update my review. I am currently doing a major interior remodel on my house that included having the no longer used chimney removed. As it turns out, the color of Owens Corning shingle used those years ago is no longer manufactured. I gave Tom Quinn a call to see if there was any way to get ahold of some of those shingles. I highly recommend Quinn's. Working with Scott was very easy, and he was very open and honest about budgets and timelines. We hired Quinn's for new siding and a new deck, and the project was done perfectly. They were also very easy to work with when we discovered some issues with the house that needed to be addressed, and helped us fix them.
