Quinns Construction recently replaced our roof, installed siding, replaced windows, a door, new gutters, and rescreened our porch. Not only did we find their costs very reasonable, they completed the project with the utmost professionalism, on time and on budget. Quinns Construction recently completed a siding install on my home in Lowell. Scott, the Sales Rep has been outstanding to work with. Quote was fair and thorough. Work was performed within the timeframe agreed upon. The work crew were professional, friendly and efficient. It looks like a new house! We love it. Any minor issues during and after the install were taken care of quickly and accurately. We will be a repeat customer of Quinns Construction!

I had these guys do a major siding job (with some other additional work) well over a year ago. The good: They are flexible in scheduling. If you have to wait for another contractor to do something before a job with Quinns, they typically can tell you to just let them know when you're ready, and they can get you scheduled within 2 or 3 weeks. Also, I get the impression they will tackle pretty much any project. The bad: They don't use great labor sometimes. We used Quinn's Construction to replace all the windows in our house. We knew it wasn't going to be a quick job (I suspected wood rot hidden around some of the original windows), so we wanted someone we trusted to do it right. The crew did a great job meticulously and tirelessly doing the work, and Scott was great to work with (good communication, direct, answered the many questions I had to decide on what we wanted to do).

This was my second time hiring Quinn’s Construction and couldn’t be happier with the results. Two years ago I hired them to remove my old wood siding and replace it with James Hardie siding. It came out beautifully which led me to hire them to replace the windows. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care.
