Superb response time. I was contacted within 30 minutes of submitting my reequest. Clyde came out to give me an estimate on the very same day. All the work for a new air conditioner and furnace were completed in one day. Their tech was excellent and knowledgeable. Linda from the office was patient and effective at answering all of my questions. I was relieved to get the estimate process completed and felt confident I was choosing the right company to do the installation,.

All of the people with Quinnair were wonderful! The sales person, Clyde, the office manager, Linda and both of the guys who came out to do the work, Rick and Craig. My furnace went out during that sub zero cold spell we had and even though I hadn't been scheduled with Quinnair yet, they got someone over to replace my furnace the next day! Excellent service and extremely helpful. We contacted other companies but they prices were higher and they were less knowledgable.
He was the most reasonable of the prices we had to replace the heating system, professional, and answered all our questions
Clyde was very helpful. My furnace was in and working within a week of the quote.
Brian was very clear in his communication with us and fixed our furnace pump on evening because he was so busy during the day. He did it faster and at lower cost than expected. He declined to work on a larger project because of the age of our system feeling that they could not guarantee the results or the cost, and offered suggestions of alternatives to resolve our problem.
