Just wanted to give a shout out to Stephanie Salgado, the leasing agent. She was so helpful, especially because I’m in California- she was did video tours and answered all my questions. When I met her in person, she was just lovely. The Quinn is in my top choices of places to live in JC!
I love it at the Quinn in JC! The staff are the best (shout out to German and Phil!) they are so friendly and helpful - taking care of everything behind the scenes to make tenants lives comfortable. The maintenance staff and cleaning crew are great too. They’re always very friendly and responsive!
Living at The Quinn for a little more than 4 years now and I can’t say enough about how great the staff is here. Among several, Phil and German have held down the front desk and continue to be incredible in managing incoming packages and ensuring all logistics run smoothly. If they’re ever having a tough day, you wouldn’t even notice as each of them carry positive attitudes and are happy to go above and beyond for each resident (as I’ve experienced and witnessed personally). Our experience with both The Quinn and Lenox has been exceptional. We had tried to visit on a Saturday but tours were booked. Maria called to let us know there was a cancellation, proactively, and got us in. That proactively gave us great insight into how these two buildings run. Stephanie then jumped in and gave us a second tour on Maria’s day off - no questions asked or no “sorry - I wasn’t with you to start.” We’ve had that at other buildings - it’s an adventure.
