Being approached by someone very loudly about face mask requirements without even a hello or how are you today. Instead he was very rude and brash. Where has customer service gone? Remember I'm a paying customer,you don't pay me to shop there. The mall in Ottumwa used to be a go to for us but NOT now.
You have completely lost my business and the business of my family!! I will never help support your establishment again!!! Have your "security" stand in my way to leave while telling me to leave over a mask!! no problem I would be happy to leave just move!! You don't know why people aren't wearing masks so you should probably mind your own business!! And for all the others who were wearing their masks your welcome for fight for your rights to choose to wear one or not!!
