Bought my first Quincy and it is working great, needed a little help on break in instructions so I called in and was helped by a very friendly and clear speaking "English" person who went over it with me and solved the problem, warranty registration was a little blurry with the different names for different warranties but i figured it out .
I bought a qt54 when my 1965 model air compressor tank burst I wanted a good quality product to last for years of use so I picked quincy Just a lil over a month in use the motor burned up and they sent me a new one to install after installation I noticed the pressure switch was not working properly so I called and they sent a new one Now 8 months later I have another dead motor but this time they are arguing about replacing the motor saying it’s something I done or my power supply the same power supply that ran 2 compressors... read more
2 yr old two stage baldor 5hp 230v single phase motor smoked. How can you market this product and have a conscience. My old campbell housefield lasted 12 years.
