Terrible customer service.
See previous post, people bought machines as late as August and now warranty work(traveling hours) vs paying someone, should have stopped selling machines a year ago
So happy to have found this gem! The associates were friendly and helpful yet not imposing as you browsed. The store has so much to offer, very well organized and great lighting, both natural and fluorescent. They have lots of kits, bolts, fat quarters and wonderful idea samples around. I can't wait to incorporate my new fabric into two new quilts and three tea towels!
They apparently only help customers that spend A LOT OF MONEY HERE!! GUESS YOU HAVE TO BE PART OF THE "IN CROWD." For example, a little, sweet elderly lady came in asking about her "dull scissors" she brought in 3 WEEKS AGO to be sharpened. The front desk lady snapped at her and said....THEY ARE STILL DOWN HERE AND HAVEN'T BEEN DONE YET!" That poor lady left with not an, apology, or telling her, "ma'am we can call you when they are complete." I was just shocked at the rudeness!!!
I went in and was in the store 30 min. Not one sales person acknowledged I was there or offered assistance. There were at least 4 sales people there. Two were not busy with customers. I left, not buying anything. They have a great selection though.
$1079.74 is what I spent at B Sew Inn after intending to buy a machine at this store. I was told by 2-3 people to stay away but I just had to see and planned to buy the Pfaff machine I had my eye on. The only friendly one was the girl trying to help me but she had trouble winding a bobbin, threading the machine and operating it. She interrupted Glennis several times to help..........you know how someone does something very quick with barely concealed irritation then runs off? That was our experience.
