Just wanted to say I had my Pfaff machine serviced at the Springfield store and they were wonderful. My machine was fixed and everyone there was so good and easy to work with. Thank you so much! I would recommend anyone and everyone have their machine serviced there.

I have not been pleased the last three times I have been at this quilt shop. I went quilt machine shopping, they didn't want to seem to work with me on pricing, or to allow a test drive on any of the machines. You can't buy anything else than a 1 yard cut of the "bargain fabric", then the other MSRP fabric is no less than $ 11.49 a yard. They have lost a sale the last three times I've been to the store.
Very friendly, tons of fabric to choose from and lots of samples to look at.
