Very nice complex and for the most part is extremely well maintained and the maintenance crew is quick to address issues. However, do NOT move here if you want quiet. There are constantly parties and loud music in common areas that is very easy to hear due to how poor the insulation is and how thin the walls are. The parties are “handled” by sending email reminders to resident about how many guests you are aloud to have and how to keep noise to a respectable level. I’ve been a resident here for a few years & wouldn’t recommend moving here for several reasons including the following: 1. Car Break-ins & cars have been stolen: Cars have been broken into outside of the apartment as well as in the garage. Neighbors have reported their cars stolen right out of the garage. All they can do is file a police report and hope insurance covers it or they find it. We have no security officers. The garage is a shared space with CWS Quill & the Marta. Love it here my only problem is the grill is always dirty and i have to park my car beyond the gates on the third floor because people be breaking into cars on the first floor. I didn't realize how conveniently inconvenient living directly across from a train station would be and the dog park 👃really bad
Great place to live! Been here for 3 years. Property is clean and quiet. 10/10 recommend.
I've lived here for almost 3 years. to keep it simple, the pros are management & maintenance, I've had zero issues out of either of them my entire stay here, quill is lucky to have Tiffany & Charles. The cons are some of the residents need a mandatory apartment ettiequte class before moving here. Tiffany emailed the residents above me to nicely ask to stop stomping around & they stomp worse now, on top of that moving furniture around late at night like are y'all ok??
