I have returned to update my review. 5 star service continues at Quill for me. I recently renewed my lease but moved to a different apartment. Both Tiffany and Charles ensured this process was seamless and with my erratic work schedule accommodated my needs in a way that caused me way less stress making this process seamless. Hassani in maintenance also provided such quality customer service in some minor repairs needed in my apartment ensuring everything was up to its best in my new unit. My experience getting my apartment was seamless. Tiffany made the process easy and was very attentive to every detail. I love the ambiance and setup at Quil. As a new tenant, I’d give it 5 stars so far. I’ll come back in three months to share my experience then.

EDIT: I truly can't spend a whole day in my apartment without HOURS of pounding, loud music. The build is absolutely terrible If you want any sort of peace and quiet DO NOT COME LIVE HERE. I thought I would love living at Quill but it's been three months and I really wish I hadn't signed on here. I do like the amenities, but the apartments are built paper thin- you can hear people stomping upstairs and music blasting at ALL hours of the day from neighbors. I'm not a resident, I was a guest. I'm not sure who management is, but whoever is in charge of cleaning should be replaced. I used the cell phone room, it hadn't been cleaned, I used the restroom no soap, several times, I believe its broken, still no soap. The coffee machine unbelievable. The cabinet where you get the sugar is disgusting. I know management has seen this. It's a spirit of sloth here. Which is more than likely most of the tenants. I can go on and on but why.
