Make sure you are okay with the train coming and shaking everything in your home multiple times per day and all throughout the night or the drug addicts that come through the back fence that they fail to fix so they can come and break into your property. Just make sure you drive by after 5:00 pm if you are considering this property.
Maintenence guy is professional and came to my apartment early Saturday morning and fixed the problem in a timely manner! Thank you so much! You deserve a raise!
