Definitely not worth the amount they’re charging. Did a tour here and it was terrible, ended up getting a brand new never before lived in apartment with smart appliances and already installed in unit washer/dryer for the same price
I’d like to thank Sonia for accommodating to my needs and most of all the response time. I had been looking for a place for months and many other properties didn’t answer or took forever to get back to me. Sonia was very friendly, professional, and most of all caring. Make sure you are okay with the train coming and shaking everything in your home multiple times per day and all throughout the night or the drug addicts that come through the back fence that they fail to fix so they can come and break into your property. Just make sure you drive by after 5:00 pm if you are considering this property.
