They put the quick in quicktech! I was in and out in 10 minutes for an oil change on my f150
I went here ahead of a long drive when my oil light came on as I began my trip. I had put too much oil in my car… Thank goodness for Brandon! He was so helpful, friendly, funny and made me feel a lot better! He took care of the problem, and I was able to head out on my trip. I can’t say enough about the kindness of Brandon, and the 2 folks who were in the front office. I will definitely return! @Brandon, you ROCK!
We’ve always used Quik Tech in Hampstead for quick oil changes and inspections, but after today, I can’t recommend them for anything beyond the basics. We brought two vehicles for inspections and one for an oil change. Our older Expedition wouldn’t start that morning, so I jumped it with our Kia Sportage just to get it there. I told the staff on arrival that the battery hadn’t had time to recharge and the vehicle might die. After completing the services, they told me the Expedition wouldn’t start. QuikTech is the absolute best . The employees are outstanding with fantastic customer service . Everyone is super helpful and welcoming . Service to my car was amazing as well. Very timely and a great price ! I will definitely be coming back for all of my automotive needs .
