Staff was nice and knowledgeable but they didn’t have the tool to take off my filter and sent me to another store that has proper tool to complete my oil change. They also drained and replaced my oil w/o changing filter. I still haven’t gone to other store because I don’t have time for another 40 minute oil change
I came here for a simple oil change on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and they upsold me on a cabin air filter for $49.99. Later I checked the market price and found the same filter sells for $15–20. That’s more than double the fair price. The oil change itself was fine, but the overall service felt overpriced, and the cabin filter charge left a really bad impression.
