The people working in the store are very friendly super helpful. Had them repair 2 Iphones and have had nothing but problems with the new screens. One was an Iphone 15 pro max. I had them replace the screen on it twice under warranty and asked for a refund so I could just go get Apple to do it but they do not do refunds at all under any circumstances. Disappointed with product after putting case on notice charger wouldn’t fit and went for a exchange staff was argumentative instead of exchanging product for another she said no and made me buy a different charger for $10.95 stating she prices her product! Wouldn’t recommend super unprofessional

I brought my son's iPhone 12 here to replace the screen, they did the job and told me the screen has 90 days warranty. Well, the screen went black again and returned to the store today for a warranty repair. The shop tried every excuse not to honor the warranty, first the tech told me he sees water damage to the phone. I said no, water damage was the reason i replaced the screen two months ago and there's no water damage this time.
