Great customer service, and they are great at fixing phones and tablets quickly and correctly. Prices are fair, and much better than the other competition I have seen. Best part about this business is that the owner Kyle is very hands on with everything to ensure only the best possible service at all times!
I had my screen replaced here and within a few weeks the screen came loose to the point where it was almost completely off, I first went to Verizon because I didn't realize that had happened due to the fact that it was in an Otterbox. Verizon said it was a cheap repair job, so I went back thinking that they may stand behind their work but they wanted to charge full price for repairing it AGAIN!!
