This is the best process with help of Neto. I love this new community. He answered all our questions. I’m excited to move! Love quiet water community! I can’t express how professional and kind Neto has been throughout this process from start to finish. If you are thinking of moving here just do it!
Listen! I love it here! I called The front office Manager Melissa with a maintenance request and there was a knock on my door immediately! Then after my concern i had another request and Jefrid literally got it all done same time quickly! And was so so nice! I appreciate all you guys do.
I have lived here for 2+ years. My AC went out and NETO from the leasing office was quick to get maintenance on it. JEFRID came over quickly and got to work. Fixed it no problem and so extremely friendly!!! Thanks to both of these guys, so professional and always smiling.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jefrid, the maintenance man! He did an amazing job fixing all my maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. He was very transparent throughout the whole process, letting me know exactly what he was doing and how long it would take. On top of that, he made sure to clean up everything once he was finished, leaving the area spotless. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.
