I’ve had an extremely unpleasant experience here since the moment I signed my lease. Tenesha Brown has made me feel uncomfortable from the very beginning. Her attitude toward new residents is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Moving into a new home should be an exciting and welcoming experience, but instead I’ve been met with hostility and poor treatment. My daughter lives here and has been treated poorly by Tanisha Brown. From the moment she moved in to an apartment that had several maintenance issues and did not receive the apartment she was promised.When my daughter received the keys, Tanisha was on a personal phone call and was made to feel very uncomfortable. I personally put my trust into this community that they would be pleasant,professional and very helpful with my daughter and they have not been. I hope upper management rectifies this problem immediately.

2nd review: Adding this to my previous review: Once again Carlos is helpful, kind and professional. Carlos clearly deserves a raise or a promotion, as almost all the positive reviews mention him! The other 2 ladys are unprofessional and do not have a nice attitude. The way they speak to you and look at you. I am a realtor and I don't understand how they treat residents like this, it is extremely unprofessional and there is clearly a lack of emotional intelligence and customer service.
