I moved recently and the selection and application process was everything done online and I have no regrets. Everything done with the help of Carlos Correa who makes you feel comfortable and the process effortless. He takes his time to assist you in any matter with great attitude. In terms of the apartment the only thing is that the common area needs more attention in terms of cleaning.
Just wanted to take a second and express my gratitude for Chad in the Maintenance Department. Not only is the work he's done on my apartment been top notch, he has also gone above and beyond to accommodate me / problem solve on more than one occasion. Chad's professionalism, courtesy and skill set make him an asset to Quiet Waters and anywhere else he works. Thanks Chad!
Where do I even start with this place!!! It is baffling how this company can have a staff on their payroll that is unprofessional, rude, heartless, disgusting, miserable, and blatantly tries LIES. Taniesha should never be employed anywhere. Nasty attitude, nasty human being. Renters beware!!! The reviews are true, and yet the Regional Manager has yet to do anything to rectify this issue. Great experience so far. My move in was seamless thanks to the help of Tanesha and Carlos. The area is safe and well kept. Jefrid- my maintenance attendant is also very responsive and helpful.
