I moved recently and the selection and application process was everything done online and I have no regrets. Everything done with the help of Carlos Correa who makes you feel comfortable and the process effortless. He takes his time to assist you in any matter with great attitude. In terms of the apartment the only thing is that the common area needs more attention in terms of cleaning.

Quite waters apartment is my favorite community it’s always clean, quite and the maintenance technicians Jefrid,Chad and Roberto always comes to the rescue quickly they are the best. they work very hard always on the go great attitudes very smart professional polite and friendly they make living here paradise the property manager Mellisa is amazing also
