Carlos Correa was excellent to work with. He helped me secure a great deal and made the paperwork process easy. Professional, supportive, and highly recommended. Also, Tenesha Brown was extremely helpful and professional. She quickly resolved the gate process for me and my guests. Both were patient, friendly, kind, and committed to great service. Highly recommend them for anyone who values excellent customer support.

Absolutely Heartless Management Stay Away from Quiet Waters A few years ago, I lost my partner and best friend, who lived at Quiet Waters. As devastating as that was, what followed was even more traumatizing. I’ve lived at Quiet Waters Apartments for a little over a year and just renewed my lease—largely thanks to the consistently responsive and helpful front office and maintenance team. Any minor issues that have come up during my time here have been handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to recognize Jefrid, who recently came by to replace a ceiling fan, fix a faucet, and take care of a few other items. I've been living at Quiet Waters for 5 years now, and I must say, the staff here is incredibly disappointing. The supposed helpful lady at the front desk consistently fails to do her job properly. Not only is she rude, but she even rolls her eyes when we try to address our needs. Super lazy. For over a month, we've been trying to renew our lease contract.
