Definitely rent at your own risk. I hated getting calls for noise especially as I walked into my apartment. It wasn't my job to let the neighbors know they were being loud. When I moved out left my deposit plus an additional thousand. In 7 months that i lived there the ceiling had to be repainted when I left, why I have no clue. I hired a cleaning crew to make sure the apartment was clean when I left, but I still ended up paying a cleaning fee. Rent at your own risk. The landscaping and tree upkeep is amazing! There are roaches in the carports and the carports need paint. The fences are rotting. The front gates are always broken which has made me late for work and also presents a safety issue. The neighborhood is not the best and my car has been broken into multiple times. The lady landlord is an absolute nightmare she is unapproachable and will get upset with you if you have repairs and will deny most of them. If you have an issue ask to speak with the husband. Nothing grand, sustainable for the price but zero security, cameras don’t work, my cars been broken into twice and we hear or see a shattered window every other week The neighbors have an informal neighborhood watch for eachother, I have personally called Garden Grove PD 5-10 times for suspicious behavior down our block I have felt unsafe multiple times, so take your own measures
