I have been going here for the past several years and they have consistently provided reliable service. Of course, inflation has hit this business and oil change prices have gone up. Now, it is at a whole level where they are nickel and diming you at every moment. Today, they serviced my Audi and added a "European" premium of $11. I’ve been going here for my last few oil changes. It has always been a pleasant experience, today was no different. I wanted to highlight: they were very quick, even with several people waiting before me. I asked about tire rotation and they said they did not do that. However, the auto car care center next-door did. I asked one of the employees if they could do a tire rotation at first he said they were all full, but then got me in the waiting room and said that they would squeeze me in when I was done with my oil change. They took my car in at the scheduled time, changed the oil and had my keys back in hand in under 30 minutes. Plus, the gal at the front desk was so nice. I'm about to schedule another oil change appointment this week for my car as well as my sons..
I used to be a regular here and loved how quick they were. I came into the location and parked where customers are supposed to. At any rate one of the workers came up to me while still in my car and said to me, “can you move your car because it is next to the owners BMW”. I did move my car, but what, because my car is older and needs some body work you don’t want it next to your BMW? How wrong on so many levels. Even worse. this is the customer service you are giving? Best place to get your oil change without the added unsolicited questions and concerns about your car’s maintenance record commonly found at Jiffy Lube and other places. This place is a no nonsense quick oil change place. They also do other services but there is absolutely no pressure from them. It’s in and out.
