Very clean, not a long wait, receptionist was very polite and helpful yo my questions. Doctor was super. So nice and gave me advice on other options for my illness. Definitely keeping them as my urgent needs.
Arrived at 4:05 yesterday. Told them what was up and was told that they were only doing drug tests because the provider was done for the day despite them being open til 5pm. There was a single car there, so I'm assuming the receptionist was the only person even there.
They are friendly and thorough and I think I am going to make them my primary care doctor...
When I arrived the place was not very busy, the receptionist was very prompt. And informative regarding my insurance. After a brief questionnaire, the practitioner took me back and did a complete check in, intelligent and courteous to my needs. I spent about a 1/2 hour with the doc and she covered other things not related to my visit. Complete, prescriptions sent right to my pharmacy. Answered all my questions. Personal and professional opinions, then office staff was kind and quick, provider Crystal was amazing, very thorough and mindful. Karen was fantastic and went above in beyond to make sure I got back some very needed results.
