What's the point of having an appointment time if they are going to take walk ins first. Had to walk out because my appointment was over 30 minutes late and I couldn't wait any longer

I was looking for a local urgent care because my regular doctor couldn't see my son. I was pleasantly surprised by the quickmed in Ravenna. The facilities were clean. Everyone, including the nurse and NP, was friendly and responsive. My only complaint was a bit of a long wait in the exam room. And the parking- no clear signage about where and if we would be towed behind the building. The online forms were easy to understand and not excessive.
Staff was very nice but I had an appointment at 11:20 and wasn’t seen until 12:20 then sat in a room til 1pm before I was seen.
Worst QuickMed . I WILL NEVER RETURN . BEEN IN THE OFFICE SINCE 10:30AM & STILL HAVENT BEEN SEEN. YET I KEEP HEARING THE WORKERS LAUGHING AND DISCUSSING OTHER PATIENTS INFORMATION RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR .
