The doctor himself was extremely rude and the nurse were very rude. Gave me attitude about asking a question
What is the point of having the option to fill out patient paperwork online and check in from the app if it doesn’t actually check you in. Day in the waiting room for over an hour because their system isn’t linked together. So I have to fill all the paperwork out. Again. And resubmit my insurance stuff again. Why even bother having a mobile check in if it doesn’t work???!
Staff was friendly and professional.
Only reason it's a 3 is because they make you fill out paperwork that literally reguires same info from first form need less paperwork
