I don’t know if there is enough space to report the poor treatment I received yesterday 9/3/26! Let me start off by saying I had an incident at work earlier in the day and myself had to go to Urgent Care in Ravenna. I came home with medication for said incident that says not to drive after taking, causes drowsiness. I go online to set a simple appointment for my son, which will be 18 years on Tuesday 9/10, a high school drug test. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and I was able to be seen quickly.
I went to quickmed for an injury I sustained while working. The staff was very kind, and helpful, especially Justine and Emily and also importantly Tatiana!!! I was in a lot of pain, and having a rough day and they made it easier. Thank you ladies for your help.
I would give zero stars if I could. To start I got there at 630 with an appointment and didn’t leave till close till 9pm. The MA’s were talking about other employees and also patients. (Yes I have video proof). The one MA said loud enough “I’m going to shit myself” and talking about another employee about running her “big fat mouth” amongst other things.The MA also asked the provider if he was doing doubles or singles he stated he was only doing singles but doing doubles at Salvatore’s (I’m assuming liquor). Be prepared to wait a minimum of 2-3 hours. Also be prepared to follow up multiple times for prescriptions and referrals to be sent. Good luck getting someone on the phone. The rad tech was nice.
