I'm a regular here and usually don't have any complaints. I've started getting matcha milk tea and there wasn't an issue but today it was very watered down, and I could still see clumps of matcha powder in the cup. I asked for it to be remade, but nothing changed. I think I'll just observe who's making the drinks before I order next time
Good food, good service.
Slow service! We arrived on Sunday at noon and waited for over 40 minutes for our food. We noticed that our food was ready, but they did not hand it to us until I asked them four times and told them that I wanted a refund because I was tired of waiting, and of course the food was cold after sitting on their kitchen table for so long.
